How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your QuickFix: Rental Maintenance account and associated data, please follow these steps:
Provide Required Information
In the form, please provide:
- Your registered phone number
- Your email address (if provided during registration)
- Your account role (Manager, Agent, or Customer)
- Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)
Verification Process
Our support team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. You may receive a verification code via SMS or email to confirm your request.
Confirmation & Processing
Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Account Information: Phone number, email, name, profile data
User-Generated Content: Maintenance requests, comments, notes
Authentication Data: Login credentials and session tokens
Location Data: Any stored location information
Communication History: Messages and support tickets
Data Retention & Exceptions
Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:
Transaction Records
Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.
Anonymized Analytics
Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Legal Obligations
Data required for ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory compliance will be retained until such obligations are fulfilled.
Backup Systems
Data in backup systems will be deleted during the next scheduled backup cycle, typically within 90 days.
Processing Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is disabled
- Within 30 days: Personal data is permanently deleted from active systems
- Within 90 days: Data is removed from backup systems

Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:
- Temporary Deactivation: Contact support to temporarily deactivate your account without losing your data
- Data Export: Request a copy of your data before deletion
- Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit data collection
